As the founder of KIC – Krishna’s Indian Cuisine I want to share a few things.

 My Food Philosophy: My food philosophy: is passionate to offer tasty, healthy, balanced Food, with consistent quality, to satisfy, body, mind and spirit and much to the delight of the tastebuds and palate.
Authentic style, and homemade food is the key to my success.
A well-balanced combination of Sattvic and Rajasic food is what I offer.
Sattvic food – Leads you to higher states of consciousness.
Rajasic food – Is the foundation of activity and motion.
I use fresh ingredients, make recipes from scratch, leaving less space for the use of preservatives and
artificial ingredients.
The tastiest and healthy food, is what I would describe my food- In short Upward Taste.
There is focus, care, dedication, commitment, positive energy and abundance.

PHYSICAL:
Cleanliness is next to godliness to me
I keep myself fit with yoga meditation, healing and energizing to help more in sattvic food.

Emotional involvement whilst cooking.

Cooking is like meditation and prayer to me.
The divine food is prepared with a serene mind, healing prayers with divine spiritual music, in a clean,
healthy spiritual environment and offered to the Lord first.
I talk to my spices and treat them with utmost love, care, compassion, respect and divinity and they are my Family members and emotionally attached to me.
The Spices and the utensils love my presence and the love I offer to them.
Treating vegetables like Angels in certain recipe like Shakambari Annam is followed.
I watch out for what I think; & personally to me, the best of recipes, compassion & Prayer is the secret
ingredient. When I cook, my mind is working.

When we’re stirring, rolling and baking, we’re thinking.
The Positive vibes & serenity, affect both the food and the people who eat the food.

Thinking creates vibrations because that's what thoughts do.

As a chef and cook I have two things in common.
First, I respect nature as the true artist, and I am just a cook.
Second, everything I do is an extension of me as a person.”
I can use all the scientific tools, but it will never replace the palate or the talent or healing hands and The grace of God, when I am in kitchen.
I start my cooking with prayers and end with prayers and being grateful to God, animate and in animate things which helped me all the time.
I take efforts in continuous spiritual development which help in cooking.

Present Offering– phase one what’s special and how its different?
The detox Series, slim series and pranic food Series.
1) A detox series to clean and balance the divine body once a week to energize it.
2 ) Pranic series ( vital energy) food for energy with healthy spices to give you the vital energy and keep you active and energized.
3 ) A slim series ( weight loss) to help you to maintain your fitness.
4) Combining all combination with 9G series, a platter offering of all the series ( 9 Gems)

Other exquisite series for the palate, main course, sides, snack and desserts.
Some of the recipes I offer as on now are unique a few may not be available in restaurant

Every recipe is made with all rich ingredients – for example the carrot halwa is cooked in milk, will have dash of cashews, almonds, raisins lot of ghee and saffron.

I will continue my present service, fulfil any marriage and party orders, yearly ceremony cooking,
Housewarming and any other special occasions as required ( I have been doing this on a regular basis
on referral since three years)
Prasadham (religious offering consumed by worshippers) and annadhanam ( Sacred Offering of
Food thus it is known to be divine ) will also be continued.
