I offer healthy and tasty vegetarian food – for the body, mind, and spirit prepared with Shraddha dedication love , compassion positive energy – Loka Samastha Sukino Bavanthu. The divine food is prepared with serene mind, healing prayers, gratitude, and infused with energy in a spiritual and clean vibrant environment No artificial flavor, color or preservative used I roast and blend my own spice powders and paste daily.
The menu includes a balanced offering of Sattvic and Rajasic food
Sattvic : The word “sattvic” means “pure essence,” and sattvic foods are thought to be pure and balanced, offering feelings of calmness, happiness. It is always freshly cooked and simple.
It can be digested easily and puts one’s mind in a state of balance, builds immunity and improves health. It calms, purifies and energizes the mind and body ensures longevity and health.
Rajasic : Rajasic is derived from the Sanskrit word ‘rajas’ meaning full of passion and activity.
The rajasic diet is also cooked fresh and is nutritious. Little Spicy, salty & sour foods are considered Rajasic as they can give a boost to the body, both physically and mentally. It may contain more spices comparing to sattvic food.
The phase One – I will offer a seven recipe series on weekends – a balanced, tasty, nutritious and healthy food. Offering include, detox series, slim series, pranic food ( vital force energy) series, ambrosia series and dessert.
Combining all recipes with 9G Series, a platter offering of all the series ( 9 Gems) on special request.
I also make special medicinal recipes on special request when the person is not well (cough cold etc) and for certain specific ailments.
